Terms of service.

By renting items or hiring services from My Event Montana, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming any booking.

1. Rental Agreement

All rented items, including tables, chairs, décor, and other event equipment, are the property of My Event Montana, LLC. When you rent from us, you are agreeing to use the items responsibly and return them in the same condition.

2. Liability Waiver

My Event Montana, LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using our rentals. By using our products, you acknowledge that:

  • You assume full responsibility for the safe use of all rented items.

  • You release My Event Montana, LLC from any and all liability or claims arising from use or misuse of rental equipment.

We recommend that all rentals be set up in accordance with proper safety practices, and adult supervision is required for all event areas using our equipment.

3. Damage & Loss Policy

You, the client, are fully responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during your rental period. This includes:

  • Breakage, burns, water damage, stains, or structural damage.

  • Items not returned or returned in unusable condition.

Fees for damage or replacement will be assessed and invoiced after inspection. Payment is due within 7 days of notification.

4. Setup & Delivery

If delivery and/or setup services are included:

  • A clear, accessible location must be available upon arrival.

  • Delays or obstacles not previously disclosed may incur additional fees.

Clients are responsible for securing permits or approvals for public spaces, parks, or venues.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable deposits.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of your event may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Weather Policy

We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. If severe weather is expected, we recommend rescheduling or arranging for covered areas in advance.

7. Use of Services

Our event planning services are based on customized timelines, vendor coordination, and communication. Client cooperation is essential for success. Misuse or abuse of staff may result in early termination of services with no refund.

8. Agreement to Terms
