Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide the alcohol? No — Montana law requires that you, the host, purchase and provide the alcohol for your event. We provide trained, insured bartenders to serve it.
How many bartenders do we need? As a general rule, plan on one bartender per 50–75 guests for smooth service. We'll help you figure out the right number when you book.
Are your bartenders certified? Yes. Every bartender is RASS-certified per Montana state requirements and trained in responsible alcohol service.
Do you provide bar equipment? Yes. All of our packages include Bar tools, ice, cups & napkins with. Full Bar and Signature Cocktail packages also include garnishes and mixers!
How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking your bartending service as early as possible, especially for weekend events during peak wedding and event season.

A simple, professional bar setup for smaller gatherings. You provide the alcohol — we bring the bartender and everything else needed to serve it.

Full Bar Package - $1500
Our most-booked package. Full-service bartending for beer, wine, and full liquor, staffed to your guest count with everything needed for smooth, uninterrupted service.

This is an ideal package for guests up to 150.
Signature Cocktail Package - $1750
For couples and hosts who want the full bar to feel personal. Includes a custom cocktail menu designed around your event, built and served by mixologist-level bartenders.
